Our 4th Pod. Heads up, it's a quick one. Kendra joins Crystal in the studio while Allison is off working hard on her career.

We share with you new tools we are trying out to help us get ontrack; My Fitness Pal, yoga videos, etc. We talk about what counts as Cardio, and the perils of SHINSPLINTS **shudder**.
Fashionable vs Functional shoe choices, how we make the wrong ones and the injuries it causes, although it has been said you must suffer to be beautiful. I dont know who said it, but I'm sure someone did.

A Trilogy!

PODCAST # 3! We are now a Trilogy


Finally a moment to breathe, and look what gets accomplished.

Alright folks, here it is. Podcast number three, the Trifecta of Awesome. The Trilogy of our training if you will.
Fair warning this Podcast contains a very sick Crystal, a lazy Kendra, and an exhausted Allison. It gets a little low and slow at times, but there is some good laughs. The energy was something we struggled with. But thats ok, and a very realistic hurdle we need to learn how to overcome.
During this Podcast we discuss our last weeks training (what did and didn't happen), our new training methods, my cold, mouth guards, and a 12km walk we had on Sunday; A little ranting (walking path ettiquette), and a little Raving (workout music!). Also baking and boobs. Go Team!

PODCAST # 2 Droppin' a deuce


The BROHAMMERS weekly podcast.

Battling random doors closing, thought trains wandering off track, and still a penchant for talking over one another (will we never learn?). Not only that, but what the hell is with my laugh?!? In this, our second episode, we will discuss our new name, the TOUGH MUDDER obstacles one more time, and how we plan to train for them; We discuss our slacking diet, and even more lax excercise regiments. Also the injury of the week.
